Shipment

Our delivery times may vary. Once your order has been placed, it usually takes 24 hours for us to process it. Once your package is ready to ship and you have received the shipping confirmation by email, you can expect your package within 15-25 days in Germany and other European countries. In French overseas territories it can take up to 35 days and in other parts of the world up to 17-35 days. Due to COVID-19, delivery times may be delayed. Please note that customs clearance is not included. If you have not received any shipping information after 12 days, please contact us at support@true-man.de
